ARB Disciplinary Subcommittee (DSC)
FIDE Arbiters commission would like to inform you, that new ARB Disciplinary Subcommittee, led by IA Carolina Munoz Solis already decided two cases.
According to 7.1 of the FIDE ARB Disciplinary Regulations all final decisions shall be published in redacted form and we keep the identity of involved parties in secret.
We appreciate the work of Disciplinary Subcommittee, their duty is not just to solve cases and punish arbiters for mistakes, but to explain their decisions, so we all can avoid making the same mistakes.
