159th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (RUS) – Report

The 159th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Russia) was held from 15th to 18th July 2024. It was organized by the Chess Federation of Russia, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA/IO Akhmetov, Artiom (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecture was IA/IO Staratorzhskiy, Vladimir (RUS).

The Language of the Seminar was Russian.

Nineteen (19) arbiters from four (4) federations (AZE, ENG, IRI, and RUS) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
