The 115th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 22/8/2022 to 27/8/2022 by the Brazilian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Bento, Antonio (BRA), FIDE Lecturer and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Mafra, Kaiser Luiz (BRA).
The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Aug 22 – 06pm to 10pm – FIDE Laws of Chess
Aug 23 – 07pm to 10pm – Swiss Pairing Rules, and Use of Electronic Clocks
Aug 24 – 07pm to 10pm – FIDE Competitions Rules and Standard of Chess Equipment
Aug 25 – 07pm to 10pm – Rating and Titles Regulations, Arbiters’ Titles and Procedures
Aug 26 – 07pm to 10pm – Anti Cheating and Rating Regulations/Questions
Aug 27 – 08pm to 12am – Exam
