The 119th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 1/8/2022 to 7/8/2022 by the Mexico Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Hermida, Marcelo Mariano (ARG), FIDE Lecturer and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Arroyo Arce, Hugo Humberto (MEX).
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

1st Session – Monday, 1 August, 19:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs: Laws of Chess
2nd Session – Thursday, 2 August, 19:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs: Laws of Chess and Types of Tournaments
3rd Session – Tuesday 4 July, 19:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs: Tie Breaks/ Pairing and Rating
4th Session – Friday 5 August, 19:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs: : Pairing / Rating / Titles
5th Session – Saturday 6 August, 19:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs: Arbiter Titles/ Anticheating / Clocks
Evaluation Sunday 7 august, 13:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs: Exam
