The 137th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27/07/2023 to 30/07/2023 by the Guam Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Jamie Kenmure (AUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will IA Chan, Kwai Keong (HKG).

The Technical Organizer will be IA Hashemi, Amir Erfan (IRI).

The language of the Seminar will be English.

The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
