191st Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (ENG)
The 191st Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 25/07/2025 to 27/07/2025 by the English Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Barnes, Lara A.L. (ENG), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will IA/IO Bertagnolli, Gerhard (ITA), Lecturer Training Programe.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
