FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Korumdu (KGZ)

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 16/07/2023 to 18/07/2023 in Korumdu, by the Kyrgyz Chess Union, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Vardapetyan, Ashot (ARM), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Umarbekov, Aziz (KGZ).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

16th July 09:00 – 12:00: Laws of chess
16th July, 14:00 – 17:00: Tournament regulations, arbiter’s behavior in various chess event situations
17th July, 09:00 – 12:00: Anti-Cheating guidelines, Electronic chess clocks
17th July, 14:00 – 17:00: Regulations for the titles of Arbiters, Rating and over‐the‐board titles
18th July, 09:00 – 12:00: System of games, tie breaks, Swiss system and pairing rules
18th July, 14:00 – 18:00: Exam
