A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 23/09/2023 to 27/09/2023 in Mexico City, by the MEX Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA de San Vicente, Sabrina (URU), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
