A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 24/06/2026 to 28/06/2026 in Quang Ninh Province, by the Vietnam Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Bunawan, Bong (INA), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Huynh Lam Binh Nguyen (INA).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

09:00-10:00: Conduct of Players and Arbiters
10:00-11:00: Use of the Electronic Clocks
11:00-13:00: Review and Questions
15.00-19.00: Examination test
27 June:
09.00-12.00: Closing ceremony & departure
