FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Tashkent – March 2026 #1 (UZB)

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 02/03/2026 to 04/03/2026 in Tashkent, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Krjukov, Mikhail (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer will be FA Tohirjonova, Hulkar (UZB).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
Schedule:
2nd March, 09:30 – 17:00: Laws of chess – part 1 (3 hours), Laws of chess – part 2 (2 hours), Tournament Regulations (1 hour)
3rd March, 09:30 – 17:00: Anti-Cheating guidelines (2 hours), Electronic chess clocks (0,5 hours), Classification of Arbiters (0,5 hour), Regulations for the titles of Arbiters (2 hours), FIDE Arbiter’s Disciplinary Regulations (1 hour)
4th March, 09:30 – 13:30: FIDE Rating and titles regulations (1 hour), System of games and tie breaks (1 hour), Swiss system and pairing rules (1 hour), Chess terms in English (1 hour)
4th March, 13:30 – 17:30 Exam (4 hours)
