FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Tashkent – December 2025 #1 (UZB)

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 04/12/2025 to 07/12/2025 in Tashkent, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Krjukov, Mikhail (RUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
Schedule:
4th December, 09:30 – 14:30: Laws of chess – part 1 (3 hours), Laws of chess – part 2 (2 hours)
5th December, 09:30 – 14:30: Tournament regulations (1 hour), Anti-Cheating guidelines (2 hours), Electronic chess clocks (0,5 hours), FIDE Arbiter’s Disciplinary Regulations (1 hour), Classification of Arbiters (0,5 hour)
6th December, 09:30 – 14:30: Regulations for the titles of Arbiters (2 hours), FIDE Rating and titles regulations (1 hour), System of games and tie breaks (1 hour), Swiss system and pairing rules (2 hours),
7th December, 09:30 – 10:30: Chess terms in English (1 hour)
7th December, 14:30 – 18:30 Exam (4 hours)
