The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 17/07/2025 to 20/07/2025 in Zhuhai, China, by the Chinese Chess Association, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Chan, Kwai Keong (HKG), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant will be IA Wang, Junnan (CHN).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

17th July Friday 10:00-17:00
18th July Saturday 10:00-17:00
19th July Sunday 10:00-17:00
20th July Monday 10:00-13:00 Exam from 15:00
The subjects will include:
a) Laws of Chess (including Rapid, Blitz, etc), 6 hours;
b) Tournament Rules, 3 hours;
c) System of Games, tie breaks. 3 hours;
d) Swiss system and Pairing rules, 3 hours;
e) Regulations for the rating and the over‐the‐board titles, 3 hours;
f) Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters, 1 hour;
g) Anti cheating guidelines for Arbiters 2 hours;
Total for 3 days = 21 hours
