The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 14/03/2022 to 27/03/2022 in Belgrade, Serbia, by the Serbian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The seminar will start with 4 online sessions (14-17 March) followed by a weekend seminar on site (26-27 March). The venue of the Seminar is the Serbian Chess Federation, Nusiceva Street 25/II, Belgrade, Serbia.
The Lecturer will be IA Bojovic, Zoran (SRB), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Suhartovic, Branislav (SRB), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

15.03. 17.00-22.00 System of games, tie breaks, Swiss system and pairing rules (on line session)

16.03. 17.00-22.00 Use of electronic clocks, Anti‐cheating guidelines for Arbiters, Regulations for the titles of Arbiters (on line session)

17.03. 17.00-22.00 Rating and over‐the‐board titles, FIDE Competition Rules and standards of chess equipment (on line session)

26.03. 11.00-14.00 Consultation, Belgrade

27.03. 10.00-14.00 Exam, Belgrade
