A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 28/10/2023 to 30/10/2023 in Tashkent, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Turdialiev, Husan (UZB), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Krjukov, Mikhail (RUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

30th November, 09:00 – 12:00: System of games, tie breaks, Swiss system and pairing rules
30th November, 14:00 – 18:00: Exam
