215th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (CRC) – Report
The 215th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (CRC) was held from 9th to 12th January 2026. It was organized by the Costa Rica Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Munoz Solis, Carolina (CRC), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer was IA Angulo Cubero, Oscar (CRC).
The Language of the Seminar was Spanish.
Sixteen (16) arbiters from five (5) national chess federations (BRA, CHI, CRC, MEX, and PER) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
