FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Oaxtepec, Morelos, MEXICO
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 12 to 15 July 2014 in Oaxtepec, Morelos, Mexico, by the Mexican Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Chuit Perez, Serafin (CUB), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Arroyo Arce, Hugo Humberto (MEX).
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
