FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Reykjavik, ICELAND
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized on 24 to 28 July 2014 in Reykjavik, Iceland, by the Icelandic Chess Federation and under the auspice of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the office of the Icelandic Chess Federation, Faxafen 12,108 Reykjavik.
The Lecturer will be IA Hassan Khaled (EGY), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Omar Salama (ISL).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms for the FA title, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
