FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Tirana, ALBANIA
From 4 to 6 July 2014 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held in Tirana, Albania, organized by the Albanian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer of the Seminar was IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission.
The venue was the conference hall of the Mondial Hotel, in Tirana.
The language of the Seminar was English.
Twelve (12) people from Albania and Greece attended the seminar on Internet and eight (8) of them participated in the examination test held after the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm or the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
