FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Ankara, TURKEY
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 5 to 7 December 2014 in Ankara, Turkey, by the Turkish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Guran Unal (TUR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Fahri Kara (TUR).
The language of the Seminar will be English, with translation into Turkish.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Turkish Chess Federation Center in Ankara.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
