To all National Chess Federations :
Dear friends,
the books of 2014 Arbiters’ Manual are available.
The Federations who are interested to get the books for their Arbiters are kindly requested to send their requests to FIDE.
It will be no cost for the Federations and the books shall be distributed to the Arbiters for free.
The delivery cost will be covered by FIDE.
