Anti cheating Guidelines for Arbiters

Dear friends,
after the approval of the 2014 Sochi FIDE Presidential Board the Anti cheating Guidelines for Arbiters are in effect.

From 20.11.2014 the Guidelines shall be included as a subject in all official FIDE Arbiters’ Seminars, Workshops and Refreshing Courses.
