Workshop for International and FIDE Arbiters – Esfahan, IRAN, 15-16 May 2015
On 15 and 16 May 2015 a workshop for International and FIDE Arbiters will be organized in Esfahan, Iran, by the Esfahan Chess Federation in cooperation with the Iranian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue will be the Conference Hall of the Sport Association of Esfahan.
The language of the workshop will be English.
In the workshop will be discussed all the changes of the Laws of Chess and the Titles and Ratings regulations that are in effect from 1 July 2014, as well as the Anti cheating guidelines for Arbiters.
The schedule of the workshop will be as follows:
Friday, 15 May: 17.00 -20.00: Laws of Chess
Saturday, 16 May: 16.00- 19.00: Laws of Chess
Saturday, 16 May: 19.00 -21.00: Titles and Ratings regulations,
Anti cheating guidelines for Arbiters.
The Lecturer will be IA Takis Nikolopoulos, Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer.
