FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Beirut, LEBANON
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 18 to 25 September 2015 in Beirut, Lebanon, by the Lebanese Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Takis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Elias Khairallah (LEB).
The language of the Seminar will be English with translation into Arabic.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
