FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Dushanbe, TAJIKISTAN
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 29 May to 2 June 2015 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, by the Tajikistan Chess Federation and under the auspice of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Hodja Abigarm Hotel, in Dushanbe.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), Chairman of the FIDE Rules Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Husan Turdialiev (UZB).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
