40th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar
From 6 to 10 April 2015 the 40th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held, organized by the Chess IQ Academy ( a FIDE Academy in USA ) and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer and Technical Organizer of the seminar was IA/IO Sevan Muradian (USA), Secretary of the FIDE Rules Commission and FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar was English.
Thirty two (32) people from nine (9) Federations (USA, IND, IRL, UGA, HUN, BEL, GRE, ARG and KGZ) attended the seminar on Internet and all of them participated in the examination test held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board/Congress:
