FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Ulaanbaatar, MONGOLIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 24 to 28 August 2015 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, by the Mongolian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Alec McFarlane (SCO), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Sainbayar Tserendorj (MGL).
The venue of the Seminar will be the Chingiss Khan Hotel, in Ulaanbaatar
The language of the Seminar will be English with translation into Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
