FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Luanda, ANGOLA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 26 to 30 July 2015 in Luanda, Angola, by the Angola Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Carlos Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of the FIDE Arbiter, according to the FIDE regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
