FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Colombo, Sri Lanka
The Sri Lankan Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE, is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from 3 to 6 December 2010.
The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), Deputy President of the Asian Chess Federation, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Luxman Wijesuriya (SRI), Member of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission.
The lectures will be in English language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the article 3.10 of the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
