FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA
The South African Chess Federation is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Johannesburg, South Africa, from 7 to 10 December 2010, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission.
The lectures will be in English language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the article 3.10 of the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
