FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Minsk, BELARUS
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 11 to 14 December 2015 in Minsk, Belarus, by the Belarus Chess Federation and the Global Chess Academy of Minsk and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Andrzej Filipowicz (POL), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Anastasia Sorokina (AUS).
The venue of the Seminar will be the Republican Centre of Chess, in Minsk.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
