FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Delhi, INDIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 12 to 15 January 2011 in Delhi, India, by the All Indian Chess Federation (AICF) and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), Deputy President of the Asian Chess Federation and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Rathinam Anatharam (IND).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
