FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Kampala, UGANDA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 18 to 23 July 2016 in Kampala, Uganda, by the Uganda Chess Federation, in cooperation with the African Chess Confederation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Omar Salama (ISL), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Stephen Kisuze (UGA).
The venue of the Seminar will be the Tick Hotel, Off Bombo Road, Kampala.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of the FIDE Arbiter, according to the FIDE regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
