FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Ouagadougou, BURKINA FASO
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 23 to 26 September 2016 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, by the Burkina Faso Chess Federation, in cooperation with the African Chess Confederation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Bechir Messaoudi (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Enyonam Sewa Fumey (BUR).
The language of the Seminar will be English and French.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of the FIDE Arbiter, according to the FIDE regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
