FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Glasgow, SCOTLAND
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 7 to 9 April 2017 in Uddingston, Glasgow, Scotland, by the Chess Scotland Arbiters’ Committee, in cooperation with the Scotland Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be in 10 Chrighton Green, Uddingston G71 6TU.
The Lecturer will be IA Alex McFarlane (SCO), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Lara Barnes (ENG).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
