FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Astana, KAZAKHSTAN
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 22 to 26 July 2017 in Astana, Kazakhstan, by the Kazakhstan Chess Federation and under the auspice of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetian (ARM), Chairman of the FIDE Rules Commission and FIDE Lecturer.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Schoolchildren’s Palace named after M. Utemisov (Astana city, A. Bukeikhan str., 1, embankment of the Ishim River).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
