FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Tashkent, UZBEKISTAN
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 3 to 5 May 2017 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation and under the auspice of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be “Uzbekistan” Hotel, in Tashkent.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), FIDE Rules Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Husan Turdialiev (UZB).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
