FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Algiers, ALGERIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 15 to 17 May 2017 in Algiers, Algeria, by the Algerian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Hotel “Le Mouflon d’ Or” in Algiers.
The Lecturer will be IA Bechir Messaoudi (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and
Assistant Lecturers will be IA Nasredine Announ (ALG) and IA Adnane Nesla (ALG).
The language of the Seminar will be French and Arabic.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
