FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Koror, PALAU
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 12 to 19 May 2017 in Koror, Palau, by the Palau Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Jamie Kenmure (AUS), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the FIDE Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
