51st INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in English language)

The FIDE Arbiters’ Commission is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 26 June to 1 July 2017, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Takis Nikolopoulos (GRE), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE), FIDE Lecturer.

The lectures will be in English language.
They will be at 18.00-22.00, Athens Time (GMT+3) daily and will include all the new laws of Chess, Swiss Rules, Titles and Ratings Regulations that have been approved in 2016 Baku FIDE Congress and the 2017 Athens FIDE presidential Board and will be in effect from 1 July 2017.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.

The participation fee will be 50 Euros and must be paid free of charges until three (3) days before the day of the start of the Seminar, by using the following ways:
