FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Rize, TURKEY
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 21 to 24 September 2017 in Rize, Turkey, by the Turkish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Guran Unal (TUR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Fahri Karabay (TUR).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Salarha Training Center in Rize.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
