FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Guwahati, INDIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27 to 30 December 2017 in Guwahati, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Gopakumar Sudhakaran (IND), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Swapnil Basod (IND).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
