FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in HONG KONG
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 15 to 18 November 2017 in Hong Kong, by the Hong Kong Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA K.K. Chan (HKG), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be FA Robin Lai (HKG).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
