FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Mumbai, INDIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 8 to 10 January 2018 in Mumbai, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Prof. Rathinam Anantharam (IND), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Nithin Shenvi (IND).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
