FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Chennai, INDIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 26 to 28 January 2018 in Chennai, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Prof. Rathinam Anantharam (IND), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Dharmendra Kumar (IND).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
