FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Lima, Peru
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 29 January to 4 February 2018 in Lima, Peru, by the Peru Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Jose Martinez Garcia (MEX), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Jorge Luis Vergara Palomino (PER).
The venue of the Seminar will be the FDPA Boardroom in Lima.
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
