FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Sao Paolo, BRAZIL
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 9 to 14 February 2018 in Sao Paolo, SP, Brazil, by the Brazilian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Pablyto Baioco Ribeiro (BRA), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mauro Amaral (BRA).
The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.
The Seminar will give norms for FIDE Arbiter title, according to the FIDE Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
