FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Tokyo, JAPAN
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 23 to 25 February 2018 in Tokyo, Japan, by the Japan Chess association, in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Takis Nikolopoulos (GRE), FIDE Arbiters’ Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be FA Yumiko Hiebert (JPN).
The language of the Seminar will be English with Japanese translation.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
