FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Durres, ALBANIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 23 to 27 April 2018 in Durres, Albania, by the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, in cooperation with the Albanian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Seminar will be held during the World Schools Chess Championships 2018.
The Lecturer will be IA Jamie Kenmure (AUS), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Argiris Kitharidis (GRE).
The venue of the Seminar will be the ” FA FA Resort” Hotel, in Durres.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
