FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Mindelo, CAPE VERDE
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 4 to 8 June 2018 in Mindelo (S. Vicente Island), Cape Verde, by the Cape Verde Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Carlos Oliveiras Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be Manuel Medina (CPV).
The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.
The venue of the Seminar will be Club Shell, in Mindelo.
The Seminar will give norms and titles for FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
