FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Sochi, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 21 to 25 April 2018 in Sochi, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant lecturer will be IA Vladimir Staratorzhskiy (RUS).
The venue of the Seminar will be 354208, Krasnodar region, Sochi, “AquaLoo”, Dekabristov, 78-b, in Sochi.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
